Searching For Homes in Cherry Creek School District Boundaries

School boundaries are sometimes very important for some when starting a home search. While Colorado is an open enrollment school state, some schools do reach maximum enrollment and living within school boundaries is something to consider if a particular school is important to you.  The Cherry Creek School District includes homes in neighborhoods within Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, and Centennial.  Many that are relocating to the Denver area think that the Cherry Creek School District is in Denver, and perhaps a part of the Cherry Creek neighborhood. This is in fact not the case and the two are completely separate.
