Many of you know me when I sold your home to you from the builder or as one of the many resale homes that I’ve sold over the years, yet many of you know me as your neighbor. I am happy to provide a page that can be a resource for you in Westridge Pointe! ~Steve Scheer
Westridge Pointe is a Highlands Ranch neighborhood of around 1000 homes ranging from around 1300 – 2900 square feet. Most have additional basement square feet with many finished. The homes in this neighborhood are contemporary, most with vaulted ceilings and open floor plans. Homes in Westridge Pointe were built by Richmond Homes and Village Homes.
The neighborhood is an ideal location for outdoor and indoor recreation are all within walking and very short driving distance. Redstone Park is a major attraction with fishing pond, lighted tennis courts, soccer fields, lighted softball fields, playground and an off leash dog park. Within Westridge Pointe is the Westridge Rec Center, a full fitness facility offering indoor running track, indoor turf field,most weight and cardio equipment out there and of course a couple of swimming pools and hot tub. There are miles of trails accessible from Westridge Pointe including easy access to the Highline Canal Trail.
Schools
Schools serving Westridge Pointe are part of the highly regarded Douglas County School District . Trailblazer Elementary; Ranch View Middle School and Thunderridge High School. Colorado School Grades can be checked by the latest school reports. There are several private and charter school options nearby including Valor Christian High School only a short 6-8 minute drive away.
Commute
Commuting from Westridge Pointe is very easy. A straight shot up Santa Fe can get you access to C-470 in about 6 minutes or continue to downtown Denver in about 30 minutes. Getting to Denver would be more relaxing via RTD Light Rail for daily commuters and only about 10 minutes away to the station at Mineral. Getting to the DTC and Meridian Business Park are about 20 minutes from Westridge Pointe and Denver International Airport about 50 minutes.
Shopping
Shopping and dining are just up the street at Town Center, including Super Target and more... There are plenty of local restaurants including Old Blinking Light and Landsdowne Arms as well as the usual variety of Starbucks,Jamba Juice, etc…all convenient to Westridge Pointe and a quick drive or easy walk away.
